Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CFP Systems LLC d/b/a Consumer Relief Center website (consumerreliefcenter.org) and the services provided by Consumer Relief Center ("CRC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services

CRC is a consumer advocacy organization that facilitates attorney-led analysis of ownership contracts for potential statutory violations. Our services include preliminary case evaluation through our online case review form and phone consultations, referral to licensed attorneys for contract analysis, coordination of the legal exit process when actionable violations are identified, and communications and case management throughout the resolution process.

CRC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All legal analysis, representation, and advice is provided by independently licensed attorneys. When we refer to "our attorneys" or "partner attorneys" we mean licensed legal professionals who have agreed to work with CRC clients, not CRC employees.

Case Review and Eligibility

Submitting a case review form does not create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee that your case will be accepted, or obligate you to use our services. Our preliminary case review is provided at no cost. If your case does not qualify for attorney review based on our screening criteria, we will inform you and explain why. You will not be charged for cases that do not qualify.

Fees and Payment

CRC charges no upfront fees for case evaluation or attorney analysis. If you choose to engage our services after reviewing the case analysis, fees apply only to coordination of the legal exit process. The specific fee structure, payment terms, and refund policy will be clearly outlined in a separate engagement agreement before you make any financial commitment.

Refund policy. If CRC does not achieve the agreed-upon resolution within the timeframe specified in your engagement agreement, you are eligible for a refund as outlined in that agreement. The specific terms and conditions of the refund are governed by the engagement agreement, not these Terms of Service.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your ownership situation, respond to requests for documents and information in a timely manner, not provide false or misleading information on the case review form or to our staff, maintain your ownership obligations (including maintenance fee payments) unless specifically advised otherwise by your assigned attorney, if any, and notify us of any changes to your contract information or timeshare status.

Important: CRC will never advise you to stop making payments on your ownership. Any decision to modify your payment obligations should only be made based on written advice from your assigned attorney.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

While CRC works to identify genuine statutory violations and negotiate favorable outcomes, we cannot and do not guarantee that your contract will be cancelled, that you will receive financial recovery, that the process will be completed within any specific timeframe beyond what is stated in your engagement agreement, or any particular outcome of negotiations with the resort or developer. Any company that "guarantees" contract cancellation should be treated with extreme skepticism.

Intellectual Property

All contents on the CRC website, including text, graphics, design elements, and educational materials, is the property of Consumer Relief Center and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRC's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to CRC. CRC is not liable for actions taken by third parties, including resort developers, or outcomes of legal proceedings. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the Terms or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any disputes before initiating arbitration. The party initiating the dispute must send written notice describing the nature and basis of the claim and the relief sought. The parties shall have sixty (60) days from the receipt of the notice to attempt good faith resolution.

If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its expedited Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures as in effect at the time the demand for arbitration is filed with the party initiating the dispute paying the filing fees. The arbitration shall (i) be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, (ii) take place in Orange County, Florida, (iii) resolve any disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision, (iv) issue a reasoned written decision, (v) and judgement on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. The parties waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action. The parties waive any right to a trial by jury for any dispute covered by this provision.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
